M R ENTERPRISE designs and supplies customizable modular pre-fabricated structures. Ideal for quick deployment, our cabins rely on a robust lightweight chassis and pre-fitted thermal walls.
Quickly deployable site offices with 50mm double-sided color-coated PUF panels, pre-hung insulated doors, PVC slide windows, and integrated floor channels.
Double-tier layouts designed with cement-particle external boards for high impact resistance, waterproof ceilings, and strong fire escape stairs.
Small, portable base bunk houses built with lifting hooks, heavy base skids, internal panels, electrical switches, and aluminum windows.
M R ENTERPRISE PUF Panels are manufactured under continuous profiling pressure lines. The dense core of rigid Polyurethane Foam (PUF) is sandwiched between color-coated steel sheets to form a structural envelope with exceptional thermal values.

"Without proper insulation, daily temperature fluctuations easily affect our spaces and remains the primary cause for illness as well as seasonal lifestyle changes, adversely impacting the quality of life."
M R ENTERPRISE sandwich panels utilize high-performance Polyurethane Foam cores. This foam is characterized by a high closed-cell content (above 95%) that exhibits extremely low thermal conductivity. It provides the ultimate barrier to heat transfer, assuring a sustainable, long-term cost savings by drastically reducing utility bills for both heating and cooling.
Engineered to deliver structural performance and chemical stability across diverse applications.
Our professional chemical formulation prevents long-term foam shrinkage, ensuring structural shape integrity.
Built with self-extinguishing and fire-retardant PUF classes to restrict flame propagation.
Engineered to exhibit minimum contraction or expansion during extreme outdoor temperature swings.
High closed-cell structure blocks heat migration, maintaining stable indoor temperatures regardless of season.
Offers high resistance to moisture absorption, preventing condensation buildup, damp, and mold formation.
Produced using ozone-friendly blowing agents with zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential).

How our technical onsite teams assemble panel systems to construct high-strength buildings.
Galvanized bottom and top C-tracks are anchored to the concrete foundation base. These steel profiles form the load track guide where wall panels are subsequently mounted.
Panels are slotted into guide tracks and joined using tongue-and-groove joint fittings. Door/window frame openings are measured and cut with high-precision tools on site.
Panel joints are sealed with silicone caulking. Internal and external corner flashing trims are screwed in. A weatherproofing sealant completes the construction.
